Appointment Scheduling

In support of the social distancing made necessary by the current health crisis we are currently limiting our appointments and asking that you delay well visits for healthy adult animals. We are continuing to see sick and injured pets, as well as puppies/kittens and juveniles (under 3 years) that are due for vaccines, pets of any age that are due for a RABIES vaccine, recheck for senior dogs with ongoing issues, and diabetics. On arrival

We can not allow you into our building at this time. When you arrive for your appointment, please remain in your car and call us from the parking lot. When we are ready for your pet we will call you back. We will take a complete history by phone, then ask you to bring your pet to the door. Please respect appropriate distancing as our technician meets you and takes your pet in to the building.

During the appointment

We will examine your pet then call you from the exam room to discuss our findings and make recommendations. FaceTime video chat is also available. Once we have agreed on a treatment plan we will perform any necessary diagnostics or treatments, prepare medications, and then bring your pet out to you.

After the appointment

We will make one more call to take payment after the appointment is complete. At this time we are only accepting credit card payments by phone.
