Kim Franek - PRACTICE MANAGER

Twenty years ago, Kim interviewed at Cherry Hill Animal Hospital where she was offered a special opportunity to develop the skills necessary to flourish in the world of veterinary medicine (an opportunity she accredits to a wonderful woman by the name of Deborah McCarroll). As a result, Kim has now worked in the business for over 26 years. She has found great joy in working with geriatric and special needs dogs during her time with Haven and PetPT, where she continues to spread positivity and strength. Having survived breast cancer, Kim is grateful for every day she gets to spend with our patients, clients, and staff. She also enjoys music, concerts, and spending quality time her two dogs Barry and Martini.

Beth Tomasello - Rehab Department Manager

Beth Tomasello, who has been with PetPT since 2006, is the Rehabilitation Manager. She is a CCRA (Certified Canine Rehabilitation Assistant) through the Canine Rehabilitation Institute, and she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University. She was thrust into the world of canine rehabilitation when her pitbull Waffles suffered a spinal cord injury and became paralyzed. Beth researched extensively what care was best for rehabbing and maximizing Waffles’ quality of life. Subsequently, she switched careers from glass artistry to Canine Rehabilitation and happily joined the staff at PetPT. Having had many disabled animals, both past and current, Beth particularly enjoys supporting clients as they find themselves in new and stressful situations with their beloved special needs pets.

Gus howe-smith - security guard

When Gus is not patrolling the hallways, you can often find him doing one of two things; sleeping, or eating. As both Haven and PetPT’s mascot, Gus has left quite the impression on the hearts of many.
